After going on hiatus in 2023, our Pétillant Naturel Rosé is back! The epitome of “handmade” this pink fizz is a fiddly wee wine to make, only possible for us when the mood is high and the grapes are pristine.
Bright pink with a gentle sparkle, this is a refreshing watermelon-flavoured drop perfectly fit for these lighter and warmer evenings. As has become tradition with Three Fates Rosé, this is a blend of two varieties and two vineyards. Roughly 50% Bridge Pa Syrah from the Apex Vineyard and the remaining 50% being Merlot from the nearby TK Vineyard. Both picked on the riper side to get the full throttle watermelon and raspberry flavours we so love.
This wine contains sulphites and will throw a light haze and have some crystal accumulation in the bottom of the bottle.
