Three Fates x Saorsa: Pals Pack of Rosé

Grab a Pals Pack of Rosé to help you cool down as these late summer days shine on. Because we’re unabashed romantics, to keep things glowing a little longer, we’ll throw in a couple of coloured candles! These cuties are handmade at the National Candle company in Wellington. 

It’s no secret that we’re besotted with all things Saorsa. Alex and Hana are probably the hardest working couple in the country, pouring bottomless passion and energy into everything they do. There’s no corners cut here, the wines are always elegant and the packaging unrivalled. There’s just something special about a man with a mohawk fussing over a pantone chart... We love these people and know you’ll love their wines.

The Saorsa Rosé and our Three Fates Rosé are about as different as two Rosés could be. Theirs is crisp, perfumed, refined, and perfect while ours is a bold and fruity number, showing off in flouresent pink!  Both absolutely delicious in their unique form.

Crisp and seductive. Aromatic strawberries and cream, watermelon and rose hip with delicate hints of pepper still lingering on the nose. Bone  dry, textured, opulent and completely for the love of Syrah!

Grown in the unique steep hillside vineyards of Roy’s Hill. These hill sites overlook the mighty Ngaruroro River and the surrounding famed Gimblett Gravels sub region. Fruit picked from a cooler gently sloping plateau block situated above the lowest terraces. This site provides both intense sunlight and gentle cooling winds to produce the finest hillside Rosé possible. Syrah grown on sandstone over limestone soils provide intensity of fruit, texture and acid retention. Picked early for aromatics, freshness and delicacy.
